Cosford railway station serves the Cosford area in Shropshire. Opposite to the station is RAF Cosford which contains the National Cold War Exhibition and the RAF Museum.

Cosford also hosts the annual RAF Cosford air show which is on Sunday 1st June this year. The air show will feature the Red Arrows, the Battle of Britain Memorial Memorial Flight, the Typhoon Display Team and the RAF Falcons as well as extensive ground displays. Cosford station buildings are a little unusual compared with other stations on the line in that they are constructed entirely of timber.

If you're travelling by car it's less than a mile from Junction 3 of the M54 - just take the A41 to Albrighton for half a mile, then turn right down Worcester Road.
